Poetry 13 | Wonder of Love | Jeetal Shah

In the loom of life, threads intertwine,

A tapestry of love, divinely designed.

Friendship's golden hues, warmly embrace,

A bond unbroken by time or space.

Religion's rich patterns, in reverence weaved,

A mosaic of faith, in the heart believed.

Family, the foundation, strong and true,

A fortress of comfort, our whole lives through.

Parents, the weavers of our early thread,

Guiding with wisdom, where our paths led.

Partners in life, in dance and in dream,

Mirroring emotions, a synchronised team.

Care, the silk strands that softly bind,

In gentle touches, love is defined.

Sensitivity, a whisper-thin lace,

Acknowledging tears on another's face.

Siblings, a rhythm in life's grand song,

A melody of memories, lifelong.

Fairness, the balance in love's great scale,

A justice of heart, when all else may fail.

Hope, the silver thread that gleams at night,

A beacon of love's enduring light.

Faith, the anchor, steadfast and sure,

In love's harbour, we rest secure.

Mutual understanding, the final piece,

Where judgments pause and conflicts cease.

In this woven wonder, we find our part,

For love is the art of the human heart.
