Poetry 17 | Ode to the Black Hole | Jothika Pandiarajan

Writer's picture: EditorEditor

Hey! You

I’m a receiver of everything,

They all think I’m a mystery.

But I’m trying to make some history,

Nothing comes in;goes out.

I’m like a one-way road

Where, even in the parallel world,

No one can replace me.

I have so much in me.

Even this earth is a little one to me.

A friend wrote about me

Stephen is good, but I’m still expecting more.

I’m like a magnet, where I get everyone around me.

They all need a decade to study me,

I may be rough looking outside

But more dark inside

I’m black myself,

I may seem small from outside, but

Can hold the universe inside

I’m non other than a black hole
