Poetry 20 | Anger | Poonam Suyal

Don't let your frustration in you gather

Take it out some way rather

It will eat you from inside

Your anger in you should not reside

Getting angry is not a sin

Speak out what is there within

It's perfectly fine if you feel frustrated some day

One day soon you will be okay

Let others know how you feel

Your inner peace no one can steal

Getting angry sometimes is natural

Just don't make it a frequent ritual

Sometimes we have to let things go

Don't make your anger, for others a show

Anger can fuel change, ignite a spark,

But let it not leave a permanent mark.

Harness its power, use it wise,

To confront the truth, not disguise.

Channel it for justice, let it propel,

But beware the toll it may compel.

Find solace in understanding, let it guide,

In choosing when and where to confide.

Anger is a medicine and a vice

When to show it is where your wisdom lies

Manage it with grace, let wisdom prevail,

For unchecked rage can easily derail.

Seek balance within, find peace's embrace,

In anger's storm, hold onto grace.
